Affiliation Guidelines

We are currently not accepting new affiliates.

If you are interested in affiliating with us, fill out the form below.  Please note that you must have our button displayed on your page before you request.  We display our affiliates statically in our sidebar, which is visible throughout the entire forum.  In return, we expect our button to be static and placed in a similarly prominent location.

We have the following requirements of our affiliates, to ensure that the partnership is mutually beneficial:

•  Be active.  Sites that go offline or have few in character posts will be deleted.  You are welcome to reapply.
•  Be in the fantasy, (pan)fandom, historical or sci-fi genres of roleplay.
•  Have a member count of at least 30.
•  Have been open and active for a minimum of three months

Note: The member count and age requirements can be waived for highly relevant Tolkien-themed forums.
