I don't want to be nitpicky or anything, but I've noticed a few things above I'd like to point out in order to help in keeping and completing this list.
I remember that before BOFA came out there was a lot of talk about Elros, being Elrond's dead for millennia twin brother, appearing as some sort of ghost during the Dol Guldur scene when the name showed up in the casting list. We know now that no such thing happened. Elros was actually one of Thranduil's soldiers, so he is a full blooded Elf from the Hobbit era, possibly both as I didn't follow this guy to remember if he died during the battle or not, and a soldier from Mirkwood.
Dáin Ironfoot dies defending Brand's body during the War of The Ring at the North, so he is from both eras.
No mention of further Bardings? There is Brand, son of Bain, king of Dale during the War of The Ring. He is the one whose body Dáin dies defending because they were great friends and allies. And his son Bard II who becomes king after the war is over.
All that said, and sorry for any eventual trespassing, I'd like to reserve Bard's grandson Brand.
